While you receive the defects products, you can show us the defects photoes to prove it then we will resend a replacement, if you dont need the replacement we will refund half of the price but not 100% refund.

How long does it take, before I can receive my order?

The products will be delivered to your address by courier. You will receive an email showing the order number and the tracking number. The tracking number can be used to track the status of the products. It will take 5 to 7 business days for the shipping to be complete.

What if the shipment is lost or missing?

Because the products are all insured before being shipped, a replacement will be resent. but if the wrong shipping address has been provide then we are not at fault.

Do you offer wholesale opportunity either?

Yes, we also offer our customers wholesale business. There is absolutely no minimum order for customers, but when ordering less than 6 items, the retail price is used. If you can mix order over 12 items one time to one shipping address please contact our email directly then we can offer you wholesale prices.

Do you provide Drop Shipping for Re-sellers?

Yes, re-sellers and wholesalers are provided drop shipping if that is preferred.

You don't have the bag I am looking for, can you source it for me?

Unless the bag itself does not exist or has not been released before, than we are nearly guaranteed to have it. We can check for you while you send an email to us with the photoes.

How can I make my own sales?
